Description

This lecture was given as the convocation speech for the graduating class of 1995 of Regent College. This speech tells the story of the transportation of the Ark of the Covenant with the focus on what does it really mean to fear God in a proper sense.

Author Info

Eugene H. Peterson is Professor Emeritus of Spiritual Theology at Regent College. He has written numerous books, authored a commentary on the books of 1 & 2 Samuel, and translated the Bible (The Message) into contemporary English.
